ZUCCHINI GARLIC BITES [ vedio is at the bottom ]
Zucchini with garlic , cheese, corriander leaves tastes awesome . You can bake them instead of frying . Zucchini is generally used in making salads. It is very healthy and nutritious .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
Zucchini 1 medium
Garlic 1 tsp , corriander leaves 1cup [ cut in small pieces ] , cheese 1/2 cup grated , salt , pepper , oregano
METHOD
Grate 1 medium size zucchini . Squeeze out the water from zucchini by putting it in a thin kitchen towel and squeezing the towel tightly.
Take 1 cup corriander leaves washed and cut in very small pieces . Grate 1/2 cup cheese . Cut 5-6 garlic cloves in small pieces .
Mix corriander leaves , 1 tsp garlic , cheese and 1 cup bread crumbs and squeezed zucchini . Add salt , pepper and oregano .
For bread crumbs mix 4 breadslices crushed in mixie .
Make round balls of the zucchini mixture .
Bake or fry them . For baking bake in preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes .
For frying mix 2 tbs maida in 1 cup water . Make bread crumbs . Take 1 zucchini mixture round ball , dip in maida mixture and roll it in bread crumbs on all sides . Deep fry in oil in kadai .
