Aloo kachori Non fried / Appe Pan Aloo Kachori
Kachoris are a delight , nutritious and tasty . But the one black spot that usually mars the goodness of kachori is that they are deep fried . Here is the non fried version of the kachori which is as crisp and tasty as fried kachori . We can make good use of appe pan and make thIs kachori in appe pan in less time . This kachori is stuffed with roasted potato and peas vegetable . It can be kept for 2-3 days . If it is filled with roasted moong dal , then it can be kept longer . It can be served at a tea time with green chutney and are good for travelling .

For the flour
Maida 1 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Ajwain 1/2 tsp crushed with hands

Potato 4 meduim
Peas 1/2 cup boiled
ginger 1' grated , green chilli 1 finely cut , cummin seeds 1/2 tsp , saunf 1/2 tsp , salt , red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp , dhaniya pwd , chat or amchur masala 1/2 tsp , garam masala 1/2 tsp , turmeric 1/ 2 tsp , oil 2 tsp
