SUJI CUTLET
Suji is part of our kitchen essential.These cutlets are very nutritious They can be made 2-3 days in advance.Whenever i want my family and friends to have healthy and tasty snack i always make it This is my favcourite too
Cooking time 30 minutes
Serves 4
Ingrediants
Suji 1 cup
Ghee 1 tbs
Water 3 cups
Paneer 1 tbs
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon ½
Maida 2 tbs
Breadcrumbs 4 breadslices crushed in mixie Oil for frying
Method
Switch on gas keep kadai with 3 cups water ghee and salt
When water start boilng switch off gas Mix suji properly
It will look like upma
Cool it Mix paneer lemon juice
You can add coriander leaves too
Make roll shapes if you want to fry after 2 days keep them in fridge
Now make mixture of maida with ½ cup water without any lumps
Dip cutlets in maida ghol and roll them in breadcrumbs and deep fry
Serve them with any sauce or chatni
