CHINESE PAKORA
Chinese pakora is a unique and fusion street food recipe made with vegetables and chinese sauces , basically simple deep fried snack which gets most of the properties from the traditional pakora recipe . It is generally dark red in colour and is filled with indo chineses flavours , like chilli sauce , vinegar and soy a sauce . They are crisp and spiced fried vegetable fritters . Chinese pakora is one of the inventions of mumbai city and is popular well known street food from mumbai . Chinese pakora resembles vegetable manchurian balls since cabbage is the main veggie used here . The only difference is , no sauce is made , and chinese pakora is served with schezwan sauce or serve them with any tomato or chilli sauce or any chutney . You can use besan also instead of maida . Traditionally red food colour is used to give them reddish colour bot you can skip it or add juice from grated beetroot . That is optional too .

INGREDIENTS
Cabbage 1.5 cup grated or cut very finely
carrot 1 grated
onion 1/2 cut finely in small pieces
bell pepeer 1/2 cup cut in small pieces
Beans [ optional ] 4-5 cut in small pieces , 1 green chilli cut finely , ginger garlic paste or ginger , 4 garlic grated ,
red chilli sauce 1 tsp , soya sauce 1tsp , vinegar 1 tsp, maida 1/2 cup , corn flour 2 tbs , salt , oil for frying
