RAGDA PURI
Whenever you are craving for some chat, this is a simple finger licking and lip smacking quick dish which tastes delicious . This is very easy recipe to make .I always keep ready made puri at home , so it is quick to make ragda puri at home any time . Mixed with chutneys and ragda , it is a perfect light snack . Specially in summers when days are long and you need something tasty to munch at tea time or between tea and dinner time , Ragda puri is the best option . You can add curd with the chutneys in the filling . Tomato and onion are part of our kitchen essentions which we use for filling . But you can skip onion also if don't use it ,still it comes out yummy . Whenever leftover matara or ragda are in my fridge I definately make this chat. Everybody loves it .

INGREDIENTS
Ragda [ matara ] 2 tbs [ saoked and boiled ]
Puri [ golgappa ] 6 piece
Potato 1 boiled , tomato 1 cut in small pieces , onion 1 cut in small pieces , chat masala , salt , green corriander chutney 1 tbs , sweet chutney 1 tbs , thin sev 1 tbs , pomegranate 1 tbs
