Mcpuff Samosa / Veg Samosa with mcpuff filling
Samosa does not ot need any introduction . It is so common in India that you literally get samosa and chai at every other street corner .The triangular shaped flaky pastry filled with spicy potato , chicken filling or any other filling is a popular snack not only in India but in several countries of the world . Today's recipe of samosa filling is different tasty and healthy . As we make mcpuff with vegetable filling , this is also made in the same way . I have not added cheese , you can add it as per taste .

INGREDIENTS
For the crust
Maida 1 cup
Suji 1/4 cup
Oil 1/4 cup , salt , water
For the filling
Carrot 1 cup cut finely
Beans 1/2 cup cut finely
Bell pepper 1 cup cut finely
Onion 1 meduim cut finely [ optional ] , salt , degi mirch 1/2 tsp , oil 2 tsp , pizza sauce 1.5 tbs , sauce 1 tsp
