TART KATORI [vedio is at the bottom ]
Katori made with tart mould is same as making with otherkatori mould . Only thing is this katori is small and handy and easy to hold while eating .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Maida 1 cup
Oil 1/4 cup salt water oil for frying
Tart mould 1-2
METHOD
Mix salt and 1/4 cup oil in 1 cup maida . Add water to make dough . [Neither hard nor soft ]
Take tart mould and coat with oil from outside the mould . Roll small dough round shape for 3 ' round and cover the mould from outside . Cut extra dough which comes out from the mould . Poke the mould dough with the fork so that dough does not puf .
Heat the oil in kadai and drop the mould with the dough in the slow gas straight . The mould will leave the sides after 1/2 minute , take out the mould with the tong [chimta ] on a paper napkin .
Wipe the extra oil from the mould and roll other dough and again cover the tart mould and the same procedure and drop in oil .
After 1 minute turn the previous katori in kadai upside down . Fry from both the sides till light brown . They are done in 2-3 minutes .
You can use the same mould again and again for making the katori .
You can store the katories for 15 days as mathri .
Fill these tart katori with mexican filling it gives different and very good taste .
