SCHEZWAN MAGGI MASALA NOODLES

Maggi noodles with the chilliness and flavour of schezwan sauce is very delicious dish which is liked by everybody . This recipe takes only 10 minutes to make and you just need schezwan sauce as maggi is generally at everybody 's home . It is best to serve, for any unexpected guest . When you want to make something delicious and quick for family and friends then scheazwan maggi is one of the best option . If you are making it for children , add 1 tbs schezwzan sauce plus 1tbs tomato sauce to one packet maggi masala as it is too spicy and tangy .

COOKING TIME 10 minutes SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS

Maggi masala pack 2

schezwan sauce 1/2 cup

tomato 1 cut in small pieces , onion 1 cut in small pieces , green onion 2 tbs greens , oil 1tbs

METHOD

• In a pan cook 2 packets of maggi masala as made usual with only 1 packet of maggi packet masala .
• In another pan put 1 tbs oil , when it is hot add onion and tomato . Roast it on meduim flame for 2 minutes .
