ATTA BISCUIT , WHOLE WHEAT BISCUIT
Atta biscuit are a real pleasure to bite into . They have a rich and pleasantly sweet taste and melt in the mouth texture which is achieved by using wheat flour instead of plain flour . No baking powder or baking soda is used in baking these biscuits . So they are healthy , nutritious , filling snack and can be enjoyed with hot cup of tea , coffee . This is such a easy recipe , you need a handful of ingredients which you might already have on hand . When they are baked , they are soft on upper layer and golden at the bottom d side , after cooling they become crisp on top too .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour 1. 5 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup [ pisi sugar ] , cardamom pwd 1/3 tsp , milk 2 -3 tbs
METHOD
ENJOY CRISPY HEALTHY ATTA BISCUIT ANY TIME . KEEP IN A AIRTIGHT JAR . THEY REMAIN FRESH FOR A MONTH .
