VEG FRIED RICE/ CHINESE VEGETABLE FRIED RICE
Veg fried rice is very tasty and quick to make with leftover rice. It is a staple food to many south east asian countries . In India it is a Indo chinese cuisine mixed with lots of vegetables and soya sauce .Basically the fried rice recipe is made with egg omelette and choice of meat added to it with finely chopped vegetables making it a complete meal in the south east asian cuisine but the same recipe has been improvised in India to meet the dietary requirements and skipping eggyolk and meat protein . It can be served with dal fry or any curry .You can add chilly sauce to make it more spicy . A day old cooked rice is preferable to make this recipe and don't over cook the veggies as the crunchy taste of veggies makes the dish more delicious .

INGREDIENTS
Rice 2 cups cooked
Onion 1 small or 1/2 big
Garlic 1 tbs
Carrot 1/2 cup finely cut
Cabbage 1/2 cup finely cut
Capsicum 1/2 cup finely cut
Peas 1/2 cup frozen
beans 1/2 cup finely cut
Green onion 4 tbs , oil 2 -3 tbs
