ATTA MATHRI
Mathri is generally made with maida but as it is not considered healthy i make mathri with wheat flour and suji as both are nutritious and healthy. They can be eaten anytime with achar or with vegetable. Generally I mix ajwain also in the flour but today i am making mathri for kids so i am not putting ajwain in the flour as kids like plain mathri.
