IDLY KABAB
Idly is our very common dish but sometimes when 3-4 idlies are left we don't know how to use them . So this kabab is a good dish which we make from leftover idlies and nobody can guess that it is made with leftover idlies .
COOKING TIME 1/2 hour SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
Idly 3-4
Carrot 2 grated , bell pepper 1 tbs [ cut in small pieces ] , peas 1 tbs , 1/2 potato boiled , salt , pepper , oil 2tbs
METHOD
IDLY KABAB IS READY . SERVE WITH ANY CHATNI .
[ For quick idly making , take 1 cup suji , 1/2 cup dahi make paste adding little water and salt . After 15 minutes add 1 tsp eno in the mixture and pour in idly maker and cook for 7-8 minutes . After 5 minutes take out idlies and make kababs . ]
