INSTANT GINGER PICKLE [ Adrak ka achar ]
This adrak ka achar is one of the quickest and easiest Indian style pickle recipes . It is digestive and it makes dal chawal any vegatable tasty and delicious . The zest salt and lemon seasoning combined with bitterness of ginger make this pickle really tasty . It is best made when the tender ginger roots are easily available in july onwards . Otherwise also it can be made in any season . It turns pink when lemon juice is squeezed over it . After cutting pour salt and leave it for 15 - 20 minutes . You can add 2-3 green chilli cut in small pieces to the ginger . Add lemon juice after 15-20 minutes and the pickle gets pink , that means it is ready . You can store in a glass bottle and keep in the fridge for along time .

Ginger 100 gm
green chilli 2-3
lemon juice of 2 lemon
salt 2 tsp
