CHEESE CORN ROLL [ vedio is at the bottom ]
Kids love cheese .Specially they like to have something very tasty on a holiday . So this is the perfect dish for them and for adults too. Cheese and corn are filling and nutritious too .

INGREDIENTS
Potato 2 boiled
Corn 1/2 cup frozen
Cheese 2 inch cube grated
Bread 6 slices , Sail 1 tsp Oil for frying
METHOD
- Grate cheese and microwave corn for 30 seconds . Grate boiled potatoes too.
- Mix all three with salt . Make oval shapes pieces with the mixture .
- Cut corners of all bread slices . Now dip 1 slice in very little water or milk and squeeze out the soaked liquid by keeping the bread piece in the hand intact without crushing the bread slice .
- Keep 1 oval mix in the centre of soaked bread slice and cover th e mixture with the surrounding bread slice covering it fully and making the oval shape taking the help of little water.
- Fill all the slices same way and keep aside.
- Heat the oil and deep fry 2 at a time on high flame .
SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND GREEN CHUTNEY .
