MANGO PARANTHA
We are celebrating Mango months right now so lets get to taste a piece of summer feeling once again with these sunny sweet and savory mango dishes .The beauty of mangoes is that they can be peeled, cut and the flesh collected and stored in the freezer for later use . When you pick a mango you should look out for a variety with a fewer fibres . ALPHONSO mangoes are un doubtedly the tasty and juicy one . But each and other variety also as per season can be used in making mango parantha .I generally cook this mango parantha on Tuesdays when my hubby keeps fast . Mango parantha tastes awesome and different .If mango is your favourite fruit I am sure you must be loving everything about the king of fruits . Right?

Wheat flour 2 cup
Mango pulp 1 cup
Salt , red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp , oil for roasting
