GREEN CHUTNEY
Green chutney is one of the healthiest and is used often in Indian cuisine to give tasty flavour to the snack and meal .The chutney aids digestion and enhances the taste , aroma and nutrition of any dish .It is generally made with corriander and mint leaves with lemon juice or amchur powder , salt, ginger ,cummin seeds . It is the most basic chutney that is eaten with all kinds of Indian snacks , chats , sandwiches and of course dal chawal or any other meal . This recipe of mine is little different as I have added raita boondi and curd to the corriander leaves to give it a good green colour and taste too . You can add cashew nuts also to give it a creamy texture .
