YUMMY KALA CHANA VEGETABLE
Kala chana is considered most nutrtious and healthy Even docters recommend it to eat daily or once or twice a week. I also make this vegetable 4 -5 times monthly as this is part of our morning cooking. Generally we make dry masala chana on ashtami in navratras. but this vegetable is so tasty you would like to make it in everyday schedule.

INGREDIANTS
Kala chana 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp as per taste
Tomato 2 medium
Onion 2 small [ optional]
Garlic 4 -5 grated [ optional ]
Haldi 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
1 tbs ghee and 1/2 lemon juice. small piece ginger grated. 1tsp cummin seed .
METHOD
Add lemon juice and any chat masala.
ENJOY AND RELISH WITH ANY ROTI OR PARANTHA.
