PAPAD CHAT
Papad makes the food tasty and crunchy . If you turn papad into katori and fill it with some healthy chana mixed with onion, tomato and sev , it becomes more tasty and presentable . You can fill any salad or sprouted moth or anything without much liquid with spices .

INGREDIENTS
Papad 4 [ any size or any brand ]
For filling
Kala chana 1 cup [soak for 12 hours or over night ] [ can soak white kabul chana too ]
Onion 1 , tomato 1 , sev 1 tbs , salt and pepper , chat masala , as per taste ,lemon juice
METHOD
Take 1 papad and soak in water for 30 seconds . Wipe it with napkin very lightly , it should not break .
Take a microwave bowl or glass katori , coat it with oil from inside .
Push the wet papad inside the bowl and press it a little to make it katori shape . Microwave it for 30 seconds .
Take out from bowl very carefully and keep it again in microwave upside down for 30 seconds more, without the bowl .
Papad katori is ready . You can fill it with boiled kala chana mixed with spices ,lemon juice, onion , tomato ,sev and corriander leaves .
Salad or pakori with less chutney ,sprouted moong ,moth with onion tomato and spices can be filled in the katori .
