CHANA DAL VADA [vedio is at bottom ]
It is called masala vada too. This is a south indian dish . You can make raw with one fry and store in the freezer and when you want to make it ,take it out of freezer and deep fry it again after 1 hour. So it can be stored for a week .
COOKING TIME 1/2 hour 2 hours for soaking the dal
INGREDIENTS
Chana dal 1 cup [soak for 2 hours ]
Onion 1 cup [cut in very small pieces ]
Pisi saunf 1 tbs , ginger 1' grated , green chilli 1-2 cut in small pieces , kadi pata 4-5 cut in small pieces , salt as taste oil for frying
