ONION BHAJi
This Easy onion bhaji recipe is a perfect side dish or appetizer for an Indian dinner . Crispy onion bhajis make the perfect naturally gluten free and vegan snack or starter . Light , crispy and completely awesome and addictive . I have used day to day spices but for making restaurant style add corriander seeds and fennel seeds . These bhajia require no special ingredients , just a few spices , an onion and oil for frying . When a guest unexpectively arrives these onion bhaji as a snack wont disappoint , just be warned that they are addictive and these are the best , quick .They are one of the easiest and tastiest starter to make . If you have onion , besan and half an hour to spare . Pakora or bhajia is made with chick pea flour and then deep fried [ I also added a little bit of rice flour but you can skip it if you don't have it ] .
