Bhatura Recipe / How to make Bhatura
Bhatura is a fluffy , puffed and deep fried Indian bread with maida and little suji . Chole Bhature is a popular combo in North Indian Cuisine . It is made with maida and curd but getting its dough right is an art . I have tried many times and this recipe has come out the best . These Bhatura comes out similar to market and streetside restaurants and without any oil . The recipe is easy and quick to make . Hot bhatura along spicy tangy chole are served with raw onion , greeenchilly and sometimes with green chutney or pickle . At home you can enjoy with only onion also . You will find this chole bhature combo at many street stalls and restaurants of Delhi .
