HARA CHOLIYA CHOP [ vedio is at the bottom ]
Chop made with hara choliya is healthy , nutritious and tasty . Hara choliya is seasonal and you get it in march only when it is festival time of holi .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS
Hara choliya 1 cup
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Paneer 1/3 cup
salt , red chilli pwd , oil for roasting
METHOD
Crush choliya in mixie without adding water . Roast crushed choliya in a non stick for 2-3 minutes on low gas .It will stick till hot but can be removed from pan after switching off the gas .
Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs [ crush 1 bread slice in mixie ] to choliya . Mix salt and red chilli pwd .
Mix well and make 4-5 round balls of the mixture . Crush paneer , add salt and pepper in the paneer . Fill each round balls with crushed paner by making a hole in the ball and then covering it properly .
Flatten each ball by pressing . Roast each flattened ball [chop] in a non stick pan with 1 tbs oil on sim gas .
Roast on both the sides for 5-7 minutes .
