MEXICAN SEVPURI [ vedio is at the bottom ]
Sevpuri with the mexican flavour and toppings gives very good taste . You can fill this mexican filling in the tart katori also . You can make the maxican filling and keep in the fridge and serve it after 1-2 days . Recipe and vedio of tart mould katori is also in my website .
COOKING TIME 40 minutes SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
Rajma [ kidney beans ] 3/4 cup [ boiled and mashed ]
Curd 1/2 cup
Garlic 1/2 tsp , green onion 1/2 cup , tomato 1/2 cup , tomato ketchup 2 tbs , salt , red chilli powder , oil 1 tbs , grated cheese 1 tbs
METHOD
Boil rajma and mash them a little .
In 1 tbs oil add 1/2 tsp garlic and 1/2 cup green onion cut in small pieces . After 1 minute add 1/2 cup tomato . Add salt .
After 2 minutes mix 2 tbs ketchup . Add 2 tbs water also . Mix red chilli powder . After 2 minutes add 3/4 cup boiled and mashed rajma . [ you can add green chilli also while roasting garlic , onion ]
Fry for 2 minutes till it becomes thick . Switch off the gas .
Put 2 tbs curd in a tea strainer for 15-20 minutes so that the liquid of curd is strained and the curd becomes thick .
Mix salt and 2-3 drops of lemon juice to the curd and mix .The sour curd is ready .
Now spread tart katori and sev puri in a plate , Put 1-2 tsp of rajma mix , then 1 tsp sour curd on top of rajma mix , 1/2 tsp grated cheese on top of each sev puri or tart katori . Lastly sprinkle small pieces of green onion on top .
