CORN DALIA
Dalia is considered a old people food. Even i never liked it .I always eat in sicknes or i want to eat something light but with this recipe i can eat any time . You can add any vegetable like brocoli and beans carrot .The recipe is simple and easy to make.
SERVES 4
COOKING TIME 1/2 hour
INGREDIANTS
Corn 1 cup
Carrot 1
Beans 7-8
Bell pepper 1
Salt, sarson 1 tsp, kadi patta 5 ,lemon juice 1/2 , 1 tbs oil, 1 green chilli finely cut
Dalia 1/3 cup
Milk 1/2 cup and water 1/2 cup
.After cooling make the coarse mixture of corn in mixie
In apan heat oil , put sar son ,kadi patta , green chilli in it Saute for 2 minutes .Add carrot, beans , bell pepperor any other vegetable cut in small pieces. Put salt in it Saute for 5 minutes if veggies are not crunchy after 5 minutes put 1tbs water and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
