ROASTED CHANA LADOO
Dry roasted chana or whole black grams are typically eaten as a snack . The nutritional data proves chana to be an amazing source of protein, fibre ,folate , minerals and fatty acids .This snack is low in fat and packed with energy and it keeps the blood sugar levels stable .Roasted chana contain 6 grams of deitary fiber , 22 percent of the recommended daily requirement of 28 grams . These chana are easily available in the market . Mostly they are with the brown skin on . For the ladoo we need chana without the skin which are easily available . These ladoo are made within 15 minutes ,not like besan ladoo which takes an hour . The method is very easy and simple . I ate these laddo at my friends house who cooks these chana ladoo on special festival day and makes big round ladoo .They are very tasty and inviting . I changed the size to smaller ones . They are quick and easy to make and tastes yummy . Musk melon seeds and roasted almonds add taste and flavour to the ladoos .

INGREDIENTS
Roasted chana 140 gm [ readymade packet without the brown skin ]
Ghee 3/4 cup or less
sugar pisi 3/4 cup , roasted almonds 1 tbs , melon seeds 1 tbs
