ATTA KACHORI
Wheat flour or atta stuffed kachori is a recipe of snack which is easier to make and tastier to eat . It is filled with spicy potato and are crisp , flaky , flavourful and spicy . As generally kachori is made with maida , but this recipe of mine is made with wheat flour and it is totally healthy . It can be made into tasty chat with curd , green chutney , sweet chutney and sev or boondi sprinkled over it . Atta kachori is quick and easy to a make . Only thing is you have to fry the kachori on slow gas so that they come out crispy . You can enjoy them with a hot cup of tea or serve them as a chat .Wheat flour , potato are always available at our homes so you don't have to bother to go out for anything particular .

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour 2 cups
oil 1/3 cup
salt , hot water for kneading the dough , oil for frying
for filling
Potato 2 big boiled
salt , red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp , dhaniya pwd 1 tsp , amchur pwd 1/2 tsp , ginger crushed greenchilli 2 crushed or paste of ginger and green chilli , corriander leaves 1 tbs finely cut
