COCKTAIL SNACK
This snack is tempting and tasty . It is one of the best party snack.You can take it out on picnic and outing .It looks like a nonveg dish but it is total vegetarian .

INGREDIENTS
Yellow moong dal 1 cup
Paneer 100 gm
Green pepper 1
Onion 1
Potato 2 boiled
Salt 1 tsp , red chilli powder ½ tsp , chat masala [optional ] 1 tsp , oil for frying
METHOD
1. Soak moong dal in water. After 2 hours grind it to make thick batter.
2. Cut onion and green pepper into 1 inches pieces.
3. Cut boiled potato and paneer into same size but little thick.
4. Mix all masalas into moong dal batter.
5. Take a 6” long wooden stick [bar be cue stick ].
6. Soak onion piece in batter and put in the stick then green pepper dipped in batter again put in the same stick,same way potato and paneer dipped and put in same sitick.
7. All 4 onion,green pepper,potato and paneer on the top tip, now deep fry with the stick .
8. It takes only 2 minutes to fry on slow flame.
9. Take out . You can fry 3-4 at atime in kadai .
SERVE WITH SAUCE OR ANY CHATNI
