MASALA PASTA/INDIAN SYLE MASALA PASTA
This pasta recipe is with Indian masalas and it is very tasty and delicious . It is very simple and quick to make . I have added cream but it is optional . Masala pasta is favourite with the kids , you can pack it for school lunch . This recipe is good brunch , snack or a light dinner .You can add veggies of your choice if you do not want to add veggies then also it comes out very yummy . You can add pao bhaji masala also to make it more flavourful . While serving you can sprinkle corriander leaves or grated cheese also . I have mixed cream but , mayo sauce and tomato sauce can be added instead of cream .
COOKING TIME 3O minutes SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
Pasta 3 cups boiled.
Onion 3/4 cup cut finely
garlic 1 tbs cut finely
tomato 4 or 2 cups cut into small pieces
Carrot 1 cup finely cut
capsicum 1 cup finely cut any colour or mixed
Peas 3/4 cup
Salt , red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp , dhaniya pwd 1 tsp , haldi 1/2 tsp , kasuri methi 1/3 tsp ,[ oregano 1/3 tsp optional ]
Ketchup 1/2 cup , cream 1 cup
METHOD / HOW TO MAKE MASALA PASTA
After 5 minutes add all the spices salt red chili pwd 1/2 tsp , dhaniya pwd 1 tsp , haldi 1/2 tsp , kasuri methi 1/3 tsp [ You can add 2tsp pao bhaji also ]
