Choco Peda with Parle G Biscuit / Easy no cooking Parle G Biscuit Peda
This recipe is very easy and quick to make . Parle G glucose biscuit is the most common mid meal snack for the last 20- 30 years . You can easily find them in every street grocery and tea shop . Giving it a choco flavour , makes it totaly different and more tasty . You can add choco chips on top . I have put roasted almonds on top to give it more nutritious and healthy flavour .
COOKING TIME 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Parle g 130 gm [ 1 big packet of 110 gm + 20 gm extra pack ]
[ you can take 2 small packets ]
Pisi sugar 2 tbs
Ghee 1 small tbs or 2 tsp
cocoa pwd 1 tbs
chocolate syrup 1 tbs [ hershey or any other company ] [ you can skip chocolate syrup if you do not have it ]
milk 1/4 cup or as required
almonds 6-7 , cardomum pwd pinch is optional
