Mix Dal Appe / Healthy Appe With Nutritious Dals
This is a very healthy , high protein appetizer , made with different types of lentils or dals and only with spoonful of oil . Dals can be added according to your taste and flavour . It is a filling and tasty breakfast , a tea time snack and presentable healthy snack to serve to any guest . Veggies also you can add as per taste or as per availability at home . Garlic can be skipped if you do not use it . So it is a full nutritious , healthy , full of protein , filling meal .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes [ soaking time 2-3 hours ] SERVES 5-6
INGREDIENTS
chana dal 1/2 cup
Lal masoor dal 1/2 cup
Yellow moong dal 1 tbs
Arhar or toor dal 1 tbs
you can take different dals as per taste . all the dals have protein and fiber .
carrot 1/2 cup cut finely
beans 1/2 cup cut finely [ you can add capsicum or any other veggie of your choice ]
corriander leaves 2 tbs , garlic cloves 5- 6 [ you can skip garlic ] , green chillies 2 ,
salt , haldi 1/2 tsp , red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp , zeera 1/2 tsp , eno 1 packet , oil , water
