Easy Potato Snack / Quick Tea time healthy filling snack
Potato cutlet is one of the most common snack and most sought after in restaurants and our homes . We really get bored eating same cutlet again and again , so this recipe is different and yummy too . I keep rice flour generally at home as it is light and healthy and makes the dishes crispy . This snack can be stored in the freezer for 15 days . Whenever you want to serve , defreeze them for 3-4 hours and then deep fry .

INGREDIENTS
Potato 3 medium boiled
Riceflour 1 cup
Besan or corn flour 1/2 cup
Salt , red chilli flakes or kuti lal mirch 1/2 tsp , mixed herbs 1. 5 tsp [ or oregano , basil , parsley 1/2 tsp each ]
Spices you can add as per taste
