NACHO CHIPS
Nachos or doritos is enjoyed by adults and kids both . Home made nachos are easy to make , they can be fried or baked . Crispy and crunchy nachos with salsa sauce are awesome . You can relish them at any time
COOKING TIME 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Maize flour 1cup
Maida 2 tbs
OIl 2 tsp , salt , ajwain 1/4 tsp , oregano 1/2 tsp , oil for frying
METHOD
- Mix 1 cup maize flour and 2 tbs maida . Add salt, 1/4 tsp ajwain , 2 tsp oil .Add 1/2 tsp oregano .Make dough by adding water slowly . The dough should not be too hard nor very soft .
- Make 3 parts of the dough . Roll one part like a roti but bigger than roti with the help of dry maize flour. Make small triangles with a knife . Prick each triangle with the fork so that they don't puf up while frying .
- Heat the oil in kadai . Deep fry each triangle on slow gas . It takes 3-4 minutes to fry .
