Bhindi is a day to day vegetable and kurkuri or crispy bhindi is fried masaledar , tasty and different from usual vegetable bhindi.

Ingrediants
Bhindi 250 gram
Besan 5 Tbs
Salt 1.5 tsp
Haldi 1 tbs
Red chilli powder half tsp [ as per taste ]
Amchur powder 1.5 tsp
Oil for frying
METHOD
1 Wash and dry the bhindi . Now cut them length wise in 4 pieces from the centre.
2 Sprinkle salt,red chilli powder ,haldi and amchur powder on it.
3 Put 1 tbs of besan and mix well.
4 After every half an hour put 1 tbs of besan on bhindi.
5 After 2-3 hours when 5 tbs of besan is mixed in bhindi ,it is ready to fry.
6 At the time of serving only deep fry them by separating 1 by 1 as it gets stuck to each other.
