AMLA LASSI [ vedio is at the bottom ]
Indian goosebery or amla is full of nutrition and vitamin C . We should consume amla daily either raw or in any form. Amla lassi is very easy and tasty .This recipe can be called amla shake too .
COOKING TIME 25 minutes SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS
Amla 5-6
Curd 2 cups
Cream 1 tbs , black salt as per taste , roasted cummin seeds powder 1tsp , corriander or mint leaves 5-6
METHOD
Boil amla in cooker or in open pan . For 1 whistle only in cooker .Deseed the amla .
MIx amla pieces with curd and make paste in mixie .
Add 1/2 cup water to the amla curd mix . You can add water according to the consistency which you want to keep .
Mix black salt and roasted cummin seeds powder .
Add cream [amul cream or any cream ] and the lassi is ready .
You can add 1-2 tsp of sugar if you find it sour.
