THICK BESAN CHILLA
Besan chilla is quite common breakfast at our vegetarian households. But thick besan chila is very different and full of veggies and crispy . It is very popular in marriage parties these days at the chat counter. They use oil or ghee liberally to make it very crispy but i have not used so much of oil. Still this chilla has come out crispy and very tasty.

TIME TAKEN 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Besan 1 cup
Carrot 1/2 [cut in small pieces ]
Beans 6-7 [cut in small pieces ]
Bell pepper 1/2 [cut in small pieces ]
Onion 1/2 [cut in small pieces ]
Peas or any other vegetable can be used.
Salt 1 tsp , red chilli powder 1/2 tsp , ginger grated, green chilli cut in very small pieces , ajwain 1/2 tsp , amchur powder 1/2 tsp , oil 2 tbs
Soda 1/5 tsp [to make it thick ] Water 1/2 cup [as needed ]
METHOD
It should be neither thin nor very thick .
SERVE WITH ANY CHATNI .
