PAPAD ROLL SNACK
There is always a time for fried food and weather again rainy season starting perfect for a hot cup of tea with some fried tasty snack . We used to eat pakoras with green chutney during cloudy rainy days . It used to be so much fun eating fried food . So I decided to enjoy these crispy papad rolls without worrying about the calories . The rolls are crispy simple but delicious . You can fill any vegetable but boiled potatoes are the easiest to make crispy papad rolls . It takes just 30 minutes to make this snack . You can make it in advance and deep fry it at the time of serving . Any papad small or medium can be rolled and turned into this tasty different snack .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS
Papad 3
potato 2 boiled
salt , cumminseeds 1tsp , turmeric 1/2 tsp , red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp , dhaniya pwd 1 tsp , chat masala or amchur pwd 1 tsp , corriander leaves 1 tsp [ optional ]
METHOD
3 Take out from water . Put a potato roll on the down side of papad . Start covering the potato mixture from both the sides then from the top start rolling . Make a thick paste with maida, little water and salt. After rolling, put paste on the last turning of the roll and paste it to the roll .
4. Make all the rolls . Deep fry the rolls on medium gas and serve . You can make the rolls in advance and keep in the fridge . Fry them at the time serving only otherwise they will become soggy .
