Bread disc is a very tasty non fried baked vegetable mix snack. You can add vegetables of your choice . I have made the recipe with daily use veggies. It is presentable and looks and tastes awesome .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
Bread slices 8
Onion 1/2 cup , tomato 1/2 cup , bell pepper 1/2 cup , paneer 1/2 cup , cheese grated 2 -3 tbs , butter 2 tbs . salt , pepper , oregano 1/2 tsp , garlic 1 tsp grated , tomato ketchup 2 tbs
METHOD
Cut each bread slice in round shape with the help of round big cup or katori . Take 2 round slices . Cut another small round piece from one of the 2 round pieces . Big ring shape bread slice will be made .
For vegetable mixture , add onion , tomato and bell pepper all cut in small pieces . Mix crushed paneer also with salt and pepper . Add oregano and tomato sauce to the mix . [ You can add 1 tsp corriander leaves also ]
Mix grated cheese . Now take the two slices , one full round , another ring shape slice . Coat the full round with butter and sprinkle grated garlic . Keep the ring shape slice over the buttered slice .
Now the ring size slice has covered the round shape slice corners , leaving the centre open for filling . Fill the empty centre space with the vegetable mix and bake it for 7-10 minutes in preheated oven .
[You can make bread crumbs with the cut out corner and centre bread slices in the mixie and use them later to make cutlets and koftas .]
Bake the rest of the bread slices with the vegetable mix , making the combo of 2 bread slices , 1 full round piece , other ring size , leaving the centre space for veg mix .
