Palak Poha Tikki / Crispy tikki with palak poha / Quick Tasty Palak poha Tikki
This dish is is so tasty and crispy that you would like to make it again and again . At the time of lockdown something tasty and healthy is always prefered at the tea time . I have used poha and palak which are full of flavour and health and easy on the stomach . You can bake or air fry them too . Theses are different from usual tikki or cutlet . I have added 1 tsp corn flour but you can use rice flour or besan . So the ingredients are generally at our home .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes SERVES 5
INGREDIENTS
Poha 1 cup
Palak 1/2 cup finely cut [ you can add more ]
Potato 2 boiled meduim size
Ginger 1' grated , green chilly 1-2 as per taste finely cut , curry patta 6-7 or corriander leaves 1 tbs , oi for roasting
Salt , red chilly pwd 1/2 tsp , dhaniya pwd 1 tsp , amchur pwd 1/2 tsp , zeera 1/2 tsp , black pepper 1/4 tsp
