SPROUTS CHEELA
Sprouts contain horde of nutrients like protien , iron , calcuim , magnesium ,phosphorus and potassium too .Most of the people eat sprouts mixed with onion , tomato, cucumber , pomegranate etc. When you are bored of eating this plain moong sprouts then turn to this delicacy . This dish is not just easy to put together but also a real culinary and presentable .These cheelas fit into the diet of weightwatchers and diabetes .With lots of fiber even heart patients can enjoy it . Besan helps in binding the flour otherwise it becomes little difficult to turn them over and spread as it is very soft .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
Sprouts 2 cup mixed or just moong or moth
Besan 2 tbs
Salt , red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp , chat masala 1/2 tsp . oil 2 tbs for roasting
METHOD
Combine sprouts and 1/2 cup water and blend to a paste in the mixie .Add 2 tbs besan And mix well .
Add salt , red chilli pwd , chat masala . Add more water if it is too thick .
Heat a non stick tawa and grease it with 1/2 tsp oil . Pour 1 tbs batter on it and spread it to 6' round . Keep the gas slow and medium and pour 1 tsp oil around the sides . Turn it over and press a little . Make it golden brown from both the sides .
