TOMATO GRAVY
I generally get excess vegetables from wholesale market as they are cheaper there.Tomatoes are used in most of our daily cooking. I try to make homemade gravy and freeze it and do quick cooking.

INGREDIENTS
Tomatoes 1kg
METHOD
1. Wash and cut tomatoes in 4 pieces each.
2. Pressure cook for 1 whistle only without water.
3. Cool it and mix it in mixie.
4. Now in a pan cook the gravy on high flame for 7-8 min till it becomes thick.
5. Cool and fill in ice-cube tray.
6. Whenever you want to cook vegetable take out 1 or 2 cubes from ice tray and after 10 min cook your favourite vegetable in a very short time.
You don’t have to buy expensive tomato gravy from the market.
