METHI PAKORA [vedio is at the bottom of the recipe ]
In winters you get good green vegetables . Methi and palak are the one which can be cooked in many different ways and they tastes so good . Methi pakora is crispy , tasty and easy to cook.
COOKING TIME 1/2 hour
INGREDIENTS
Methi 1 cup [ cut and washed ]
Besan 1 cup
Suji 1 tbs
Onion 1 cup [cut in small pieces ]
Corriander leaves 1/2 cup [cut and washed in small pieces ]
Garlic 3-4 grated or cut in small pieces
Green chilli 1-2 cut in small pieces
Salt as taste , lemon juice 1tsp , oil for frying
METHOD
Cut and wash methi leaves .Cut and wash corriander leaves too.
Mix besan , suji with methi leaves , onion ,garlic , green chilli , corriander leaves , salt and lemon juice .
MIx 1 tbs water to the mixture to make dough. [water is used as needed ]. The dough should be medium hard.
Now make small shape balls in a plate.
Heat oil in kadai and when it is medium hot , drop balls in oil , 4-5 at a time .Keep the gas on slow.
Fry on slow gas for 4 minutes till it is golden brown. Take out on a tissue paper .
