Papad ki Sabji / Dahi PapaHI PAPd Ki Sabji/ Rajasthani Papad Ki Sabji
Papad ki sabji is a traditional Rajasthani dish . It is a popular , easy healthy rajasthani cuisine curry recipe made with yoghurt . You don't need too many ingredients and everything is available at home . If you do not have any raw vegetable to cook , papad dish is the best . It can be cooked in 20 minutes . It is mainly served with roti or bajra roti or rice and pulao . In Bengal it is prepared with vegetables too . With dahi papad they add tomatoes and mashed potatoes also . Some people add besan also but my recipe is simple and made in sarson oil which gives good colour and taste to the curry and sarson oil is very healthy . You can use any papad .

INGREDIENTS
Papad 2 [ any full round size ]
dahi 1. 25 cup whisked and on room temperature
sarson oil 1. 5 tbs You can take less [ ghee can be used too ]
ginger 1 ' grated , green chilly 1 finely cut , zeera 1/2 tsp , haldi 1/2 tsp , kashmiri lal mirch [ for good colour ] 1/2 tsp , you can add as per taste , dhaniya pwd 1tsp , salt 1/2 tsp as papad has salt too , curry patta or corriamder leaves 1 tsp
