Hara Bhara Kabab / Green colour kabab made with palak and peas
Hara bhara kabab is the most favourite and loved kabab in our restaurants . It is bound together with aloo , paneer , palak and peas . Some people use mashed chana dal for binding .This spinach based kabab has the power to captivate young and old alike . The recipe is easy to make and healthy as well as it has the best of both spinach and green peas . It is nutritious as well as delicious and tastes great with chutney or sauce . Hara bhara kabab are roasted on non stick tawa , you can bake them too . Potato and bread crumbs act as a binding agent in these kababs. You can roll them in bread crumbs to make them crispy , if you are frying instead of roasting .Hara bhara kabab iatos a great snack for any party . It can be used as patties in sandwiches or burgers . The name kabab is popular among meat lovers but this recipe is totally vegetarian .

Palak 1 bunch medium
Peas 3 cups
Potato 2 medium boiled
Bread crumbs 3 slices
Garlic 4 cloves , green chilli 1-2 , ginger 1 ' , cheese cubes 3-4
salt , red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp , garam masala 1/2 tsp , oil for roasting
