BABY CORN SNACK WRAP
This snack is so presentable that you will wonder what is it made of. Baby corn are otherwise used in making salads and mix vegetable. It is very easy to make and tasty too It is not filling but they can be made with only 2 simple ingrediants baby corn and maida.

INGREDIENTS
Babycorn 6 -8
Maida 1 cup
Suji 2 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Water as per need
Salt 1/2 tsp as taste
METHOD
- Mix maida , suji, salt and oil. After 2 minutes add water slowly seeing consistency of the dough. It should not be too hard or too soft, It should be medium. Leave it for 15 minutes.
- Mix the dough properly again and take a double the roti size ball and roll it thin .
- Now with a sharp knife mark long stripes 1/2 inch wide, It should be marked deep so that you can pick one by one.
- In a bowl take 1 tbs maida .Mix little water in it , consistency should be like fevicol. We have to paste it like fevicol only on the maida dough stripes.
- Pick 1 stripe put little maida paste on the stripe and wrap around the baby corn by little pressing on the baby corn sothat it sticks to the corn round especially on the start and in the end. If it ends in the middle take another stripe and join from where it ends. Wrap around all the baby corn properly.
Deep fry them on medium flame about 3-4 at a time , if they are burning make it slow .It takes 3-4 minutes. If you want to serve later then fry for only 2 minutes and then fry again at the time of serving.
