Eggless Choco Chip Cookie / Tasty cookies with Choco Chip or Dark Chocolate
Perfect choco chip cookies that are soft on the inside , chewy on the outside , with slightly crisp on the bottom and corners . Easy to make , you're going to love biting into these cookies , that are loaded with choco chips . This cookie I have added Amul dark chocolate pieces but you can add choco chips . Let's start the recipe .
COOKING TIME 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Maida 1 cup + 2 tbs
Baking soda 1 /2 tsp
Butter 1/2 cup [ room temperature ]
Amul dark chocolate or choco chips 1/2 cup
Pisi sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Milk 1-2 tbs
METHOD OF MAKING EASY CHOCO CHIP COOKIES OR DARK CHOCOLATE COOKIES
assemble all the ingredients .
take 1 cup + 2 tbs maida and mix 1/2 tsp soda .
take 1/2 cup butter at room temperature and whisk it with a whisker .
after whisking properly add 1/2 cup pisi sugar .
whisk butter and sugar for 2 minutes till it becomes creamy and fluffy .
add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and mix again .
break dark chocolate into small pieces . [ or use choco chips ]
add maida to the whisked butter and make a dough .
add 1 or 2 tbs milk also to make the dough .
mix choco chips or small pieces of dark chocolate in the dough .
if the dough is very soft , you can keep the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes .
peheat oven for 7-8 minutes on 180 degrees .
coat the baking tray with oil .
make small balls of the dough .
flatten each ball , little thick and keep on the baking tray distance apart .
keep the tray in the oven for 12 - 13 minutes to bake .
take out after 12- 13 minutes from the oven .
check that corners are little brown .
top surface remains soft .
after 10 minutes cookie harden little bit .
serve tasty choco chip cookies any time of the day .
STEP BY STEP OF MAKING CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
assemble all the items .
mix soda in maida .
take butter on room temperature and whisk it .
add pisi sugar to the whisked butter .
whisk butter and pisi sugar for 2-3 minutes till it becomes creamy and fluffy .
add and mix vanilla essence to whisked butter and sugar .
add maida to make dough .
mix 1-2 tbs milk also to make a perfect dough .
cut amul dark chocolate into small pieces or take choco chips .
add these pieces to the dough .
if the dough is sticky or soft , keep in the fridge for 15 minutes .
preheat oven for 7-8 minutes on 180 degrees .
coat baking tray with oil .
make small balls with dough .
flatten them little thick and keep them on the baking tray distance apart as they expand when baked .
bake in the preheated oven for 12- 13 minutes on 180 degrees .
take out after baking , check if the corners are little brown .
they remain soft from the top and hardens after cooling .
