Poha 2 cups
Potatoes 3-4 medium size potatoes
Onion 1/2 cup cut finely [ optional ]
Carrot 1/2 cup grated
Beans or capsicum 1/2 cup finely cut , corriander leaves 1 tbs
Salt . redchilli pwd 1/2 tsp , dhaniya pwd 1/2 tsp , amchur pwd 1/2 tsp , roasted cummin seeds pwd 1/2 tsp . black pepper 1/3 tsp
Ginger 1' grated , green chilly 1 finely cut
