PAPAD ROLL [ vedio is at the bottom ]
Paneer roll covered papad mixture is a crispy tasty snack . It is quick to make and healthy also . Papad gives a very different and awesome taste. You generally coat with bread crumbs but coating with papad makes it very crispy and yummy .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
Peas 1/2 cup
Paneer 1 cup , potato 1/2 salt , maida 2 tbs , oil for frying
METHOD
Crush peas in mixie and roast it in non stick pan for 3-4 minutes with salt , red chilli powder and dhaniya powder.
Crush paneer and grate boiled potato . Mix paneer and grated potato with salt .
Take round small ball shape of paneer mix and make it katori shape . Fill the katori with 1 tsp peas mixture and cover it properly .
Make kofta shape either round or long .
Dip water in 2 tbs of maida and make it liquidy . Crush 4-5 papad lizzat or any other brand in very small pieces .
Heat oil in the kadai . Take a roll , dip in maida paste and roll them in crushed papad from all the sides . It should cover properly otherwise it will spill in oil while frying.
Fry on medium gas till golden brown .
