PANEER CUTLET / ROASTED PANEER TIKKI
Paneer is one of most commonly dish cooked in Indian house holds and it is a vegetarians delight . It is full of protein and calcuim. You can easily make paneer at home by curdling milk with the help of lemon juice , curd or vinegar . But ready made paneer from the market is as good as home made for this recipe . This paneer cutlet is healthy , easy, delicious and quick to make. kids love it . You can roast , bake or fry these paneer cutlet . I have added bell pepper , you can add veggies of youe choice . Chat can also be made with the cutlets with curd and sweet and green chutney . This is the basic simple recipe of mixing paneer with potato with bread crumbs mixed with veggies of your choice like peas , carrot , beans, corn or any other veggie. Roll to make tikki and roast or deep fried .

Paneer 1 cup
potato 1/3 cup [ boiled and crushed ]
Onion 2 tbs
bell peppers 1 tbs green , 1 tbs red, ginger and green chily 1 tsp, salt , red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp , jeera pwd 1tsp
Bread crombs 1 . 5 cup
