Suji Healthy balls/ Tasty Non fried Suji balls
These days we prefer non fried and of course tasty and healthy snack . Suji is healthy and day to day meal . This snack is very easy to make and spices you can add as per choice . It is steamed , you can steam in idly maker or keep a kadai with water on gas , put a jali in it and a plate on it and then steam . This is one of the best option for non fried tasty quick snack with almost no oil .
COOKING TIME 30 minutes , SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
Suji 1 cup
beans and carrot 1 tbs finely cut [ optional ]
salt , red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp , haldi 1/2 tsp , pao bhaji masala 1/2 tsp [ or sambar masala ] , sarson 1/2 tsp , green chilly 1 cut finely , kadi patta 5- 6 , lemon juice 1 tsp , oil 2 tsp
