TOMATO PARANTHA
Tomato parantha are insanely delicious with such a pleasant and unique flavour of tomatoes and so addictive that you won't be able to stop at just one .It is unique and flavoured parantha recipe made with spices and tomatoes and wheat flour . You can use tomato puree instead of tomatoes . It is very simple and easy to make and perfect for kids lunch box and can be taken out on picnics with raita and good for travelling . If you do not use onion garlic , you can skip it and use kasuri methi . If you want to make quick tasty lunch or breakfast and don't have any veggie , this is the best option .

INGREDIENTS
Tomato 2 cups or 3 tomatoes
Onion 2 cut in small pieces , garlic 1tsp grated ,
Wheat flour 3 cups
salt , red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp , dhaniya pwd 1tsp , chat masala or amchur pwd 1 tsp, haldi 1/2 tsp , ginger grated 1/2 tsp , green chilli 1 optional . oil for roasting , cummin seeds 1 tsp , butterr 1tsp optional , tomato sauce 2 tbs optional , corriander leaves 2 tbs
